I'm Heather Allison — Life and Wellness Coach, business owner, gardener, "Grammy" to my grandkids, and someone who's spent a long time learning what it actually takes to live a well-balanced life instead of just talking about one.
Lilac & Plum grew out of that pursuit. I wanted a place that held both sides of what I do: the coaching work that helps women find their footing again, and the small, intentional things — a room spray, a gift chosen with care, a little seasonal touch — that remind us to slow down and actually live in the life we're building.
My path here wasn't a straight line. Three degrees in psychology and counseling, years of coaching certifications, plenty of trial and error along the way — all of it taught me the same lesson: growth isn't loud, and it isn't rushed.
It happens in small, rooted moments.
A quiet morning.
A deep breath.
